Fowley Family Tree Research
My name is Denise Janes and I am a freelance historical researcher, with a particular interest in genealogy and family history. I've been researching my own family history for some time now and would like to offer my help to others. I can't promise to solve every family mystery but I will certainly give it a go!
I provide a range of research services that may help you with your own family tree research, using a variety of historical records and genealogical tools to uncover your ancestors' stories.
I also have a keen interest in local history and I am happy to discuss any local history projects you may wish to pursue or collaborate on. I have undertaken several local history courses and can provide insights and resources for your research.
I have an MA in History from The Open University and I have also undertaken postgraduate research studies at Cardiff University. I have undertaken numerous genealogy courses including the Family History Skills and Strategies (Intermediate) Course run by the Society of Genealogists and Pharos Tutors.
I am also a member of several local family history societies.
